Samantha Long is a 21 year old professional dancer renowned for her trademark hip-hop in heels choreography - impacting millions worldwide through motion picture, television and music video appearances; working with music's biggest names such as Janet Jackson, Steve Aoki, Paul McCartney, Jason Derulo, HYOLYN, Paula Abdul and more.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN and professionally trained in every form of dance, Samantha transitioned to LA at the fresh age of 16 to further pursue what she loved most - making a statement bigger than herself through hip-hop and movement.
She quickly created the foundation of her career assisting dance legends Brian Friedman, Tricia Miranda, Tessandra Chavez and more.
Samantha has since worked with mega-brands Samsung, AirBNB, Doritos and most recently, Bird (her movement even being captured for Columbia Pictures', 'The Emoji Movie'), appearances on 'So You Think You Can Dance' and Seasons 1-2 of 'Every Single Step' in addition to a recent live performance at the 2018 BET Experience.
Now, Samantha is often recognized by her Playground LA classes and part in the Queens N Lettos movement, as well as her faculty position at Millennium Dance Complex - Nashville.
The above accomplishments are only the first and few of the many - Samantha's mark in the world of dancing is soon to include philanthropic efforts in the fight against breast cancer on behalf of the dance community, introduction of an exclusive apparel line, announcement of international masterclass tour and continued creative direction for world-touring artists.
